The Leadership Council for a Healthy Monadnock (The Council) oversees the vision to make the Monadnock region the healthiest community in the nation – and launched the Healthy Monadnock community health improvement initiative.

In 2012, The Council became one of 13 State of New Hampshire Public Health Advisory Councils for the 33 towns of the Monadnock Region. The Council consists of community members representing multiple sectors and towns/cities throughout this Public Health region. The aim is to engage the community in the development and implementation of a comprehensive approach to improving population health outcomes. All community members are invited to participate in council meetings. For information about attending meetings, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
