Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing, using a chair for support. As with other forms of yoga this exercise helps to reduce stress, and to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or for anyone who is uncomfortable getting onto the floor.
4 week series: Wednesdays, May 24 – June 14 10:00 -11:00 a.m. Auditorium A (note: May 31 class will be in Auditorium B)
