Sonya LeClair and Jennifer Begley, two health and wellness coaches from Peterborough, are out to help women thrive this holiday season.
Though the holidays often mean connecting with friends and family, enjoying delectable treats, and engaging in an endless stream of classic TV specials, they can also be one of the most stressful times of year.
For those feeling the squeeze, “Thriving through the Holidays” is a two-hour workshop designed with women in mind that will focus on equal parts learning, connecting, and positivity. Participants will learn science-based strategies to reduce stress and improve self-care while also fostering accountability and connections with others. Registration also includes ongoing support from coaches throughout the holiday season, with both online and in-person options available in December.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 30th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Peterborough Town Library, Concord Street in Peterborough.
The cost for registration and ongoing support is only $49. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. To learn more and to register online, please visit www.TheReluctantEnthusiast.com.
