Mental health is an important part of overall health and wellbeing and can be affected by different factors, including life events such as relationship breakdowns, bereavement and work stress as well as mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety.

In the Monadnock region, there are various organizations and agencies that recognize the connection between physical, mental and emotional health.  They are working to support individuals and families as they confront mental illness in support of a healthier community.
