I’m a diehard believer in breakfast and always start my day with oatmeal or some scrambled eggs with veggies. But after a few hours in the office my stomach starts growling.
With yogurt, bananas, and an Aldi’s compact blender in hand I started experimenting with various smoothie recipes to keep me awake, alert, and smiling all the way until lunch time. I eyeball the recipe more than anything else, so the measurements below are very approximate. Try out your own combination to find your personal favorite!
